For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address which we are able to verify with the card issuing bank. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address and phone number matches the information on file with the card issuing bank. Please make sure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

Tagotti will charge your credit card account immediately when you place an order. Clicking on "Place Order" will place an approval request on your credit card in the amount of the order that counts towards the card limit regardless of whether it is declined or approved. These approval charges may show up on your immediate statement; however they will be dropped within 3 to 7 business days if the card is declined or transaction is voided for any reason. Your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once your package reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note: We have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict what they may be. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. As the package recipient, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our International Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Following credit card authorization and verification, orders shipped via FedEx ground delivery or smartpost will arrive within approximately 4-10 business days. A business day is considered to be Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Our orders are filled as promptly as possible, but processing can take up to 48 hours. However, please note that deliveries should still arrive within 10 business days. Orders shipped via 2nd Day or Next Day must be placed before 1:00 pm EST in order to ship the same business day - notwithstanding any complications from credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday will not ship until Monday unless the customer request Saturday delivery. Applicable shipping charges will apply. A representative will contact regarding Saturday delivery fees. The aforementioned delivery estimates do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a “shipment confirmation” email. This email will notify you that your package has been shipped and will contain a link to track your shipment. Simply click on the link to track your order. If you created a "Tagotti Shoes" account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on the "track shipment" link.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have shipped. Should you miss or decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges plus any additional charges (duties, taxes and/or customs charges,etc..) which are incurred on the package. The aforementioned charges apply to both the original and return shipments. Additionally, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All orders purchased within the continental USA are shipped via FEDEX or UPS. All gift certificate purchases and international orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address but typically range from $12 on up. To receive a shipping and handling quote, simply place an item in the shopping cart and click "view cart". Next enter your postal code and click "get a quote". Shipping options and their associated costs will appear.
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly refund your original form of payment less shipping and handling fees. All purchases of sale items and gift cards are a FINAL SALE. ALL RETURNS ARE HANDLED VIA EMAIL ONLY. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL. Simply follow these guidelines: • Merchandise must be in its original condition • Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We recommend only trying shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Will not accept the return of soiled or scratched soles • Footwear must include the original shoe box without postal labels • If shoe bags, shoe horns, belt bags, etc… were enclosed in the box, please return all items. Damages to or omission of the box and the related items from your return may result in a fee, as the shoebox and its contents are considered part of the product. • Sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Tagotti does not accept exchanges at this time. You will need to return the original item for which you will be refunded (minus shipping and handling) and then place a new order for the item(s).
A refund will be extended (less shipping cost and assuming the return item is in satisfactory condition). Returned Merchandise must be in its original condition. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Tagotti. Please be advised we do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. The complimentary shipping fee's value will be deducted from the returned purchase.
At this time, gift certificates can only be purchased by phone, but can be redeemed online during the checkout process. We offer gift certificates in denominations starting at $25. Gift certificates are shipped using USPS in 5-10 business days, for a small fee of $5.00 within the USA. You may choose to have your gift certificate expedited using another shipping method at an additional cost.
Tagotti Gift Certificates are valid for 180 days, have no fees for non-use and are redeemable online. Gift Certificates may not be returned, used to purchase another Gift Certificate or redeemed for cash. If lost or stolen, unfortunately gift certificates cannot be replaced.
At the checkout screen, simply enter your gift certificate number in the field “discount codes”. Click “apply coupon” and your order total will reflect the adjusted amount. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases. Furthermore, you may use a credit card in addition to your gift certificate if needed, to complete your order.

We do our best to make sure that only items that are available are listed on our site. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If an item is out-of-stock, (depending on the vendor and style) we may be able to Special Order the item for you. Availability and shipping will be determined at the time of order. We accept orders for any open stock style shoe made by most of our vendors, even styles we do not regularly stock. If the item is available, we can have the item shipped directly from our vendor to your billing address. Please note: In the rare occasion the drop ship item you purchased does not meet your needs, please email us at with RETURN DROP SHIP and your ORDER NUMBER (E.g RETURN DROP SHIP- (whatever your order number is) in the subject line. Also include in your email first & last name and the reason for the return request. You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number which will be associated with the transaction. The return request must occur within 7 days and be postmarked within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. If you received complimentary ground shipping and handling, the shipping and handling fee Tagotti Shoes incurred will be deducted from the return purchase. ALL RETURNS ARE HANDLED VIA EMAIL ONLY.
Occasionally, we will take pre-orders for upcoming merchandise. Pre-orders are offered to help you secure those must have items. We usually have special promotional pricing on pre-order products although the exact discount amount or percentage varies between items and promotions. By securing the item, we will ship the item immediately to you upon arrival to us. Please note: Delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue you a full refund. We will accept cancellations on pre-order items for online credit only that can be used for future purchases. Refunds will not be permitted. Occasionally, Tagotti Shoes offers promotional/discount codes. When using a promo/discount code, the following rules apply: Only one code may be used per order. Certain items unless stated are excluded from special offers. Codes may not be applied after an order is processed.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or you were sent the wrong size, color, or style. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you were shipped faulty merchandise—style, color, size, damaged—you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.
